From the moment a rider books to the van pulling away.

  1. Book a departure

    The rider picks a day and a timed session, names their group and pays by card. Spaces are held while they pay, so a van is never overbooked.

  2. Get the confirmation

    An instant email arrives with the reference, time and a QR code. Every adult is sent their own link to sign the waiver.

  3. Arrive at the pickup point

    The rider turns up with their bike and the QR code on their phone. No printing and no list to search.

  4. Scan the QR code

    The driver scans it. The booking is confirmed as paid and for today, waiver status is shown, and the whole group is checked in at once.

  5. Ride up

    Load the van and go. If conditions change, move a group to another session or cancel with a refund.
